COFFEE CROISSANTS SOURDOUGH PASTRIES
Located on an unassuming industrial strip in Cleveland, Michael & Erin Lutz chose to share their passion of Parisian style pastries and modern sweet and savoury flavours. La Bouche is a destination for those who choose flavour and quality above all else and all attention is given to ensure that that the experience is as delightful as each mouthful.
Our mantra is
‘Treat them sweet, keep them sweet, give them sweets’.
Everything is hand made with quality ingredients, including french butter, Australian flour and produce from local Redland City farms. Our pastries are nurtured in a way to highlight and harmonise with the seasons.
Erin & Michael chose to launch La Bouche in Cleveland because of their connection to the Redlands. Meeting at Wellington Point High School and being together ever since, opening in the Redlands was the natural choice.
In September 2017, we began our give back initiative called the #breadforthebetter project where we donate all of the first Saturday of the month's bread loaf sales to a local charity or organisation to improve the wellness of locals or promote growth within the community.
