All our gourmet meringues are proudly made in Australia, handcrafted and piped small in small batches. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend consuming within 4-6 weeks (but can store for longer). To preserve their exquisite quality, store our meringues in a cool, dry place within an airtight container.
